Now in his seventh year of teaching yoga Nick is one of Birmingham's most sought after instructors.  His classes are challenging & popular, and above all fun.  In 2008 Nick will be training teachers in Leicester & London for the renowned Sun Power Yoga School. Nick teaches hatha yoga with an emphasis on physical health and fitness.

His classes feature various styles of practice including:-

 

 

An invigorating programme that draws on the athletic Ashtanga, Sivananda & Iyengar styles of yoga for a dynamic class that is demanding but safe for all levels.  The series of flowing, controlled postures energise the body, deepen the breath & improve suppleness and strength.

 

This programme focuses on core stability and features a combination of Pilates exercises and yoga postures designed to strengthen the abdominals, lower back and pelvic floor.  The result is a powerful, flexible and toned physique.

 

Nick teaches his eclectic yoga mainly in Health & Leisure Clubs but also services a number of corporate clients, specialist hospitals and colleges & universities, professional sports clubs & individuals with private tuition.
